Professor of Industrial Pharmacy, College of Pharmacy, Sookmyung Women's University. Editorial Board Member, Journal of Controlled Release. Conducts research on pulsed-laser-, cold-plasma-, and NIR-light-responsive drug delivery systems and cell-specific mRNA lipid nanoparticles.
Research Interest
- Cancer immunotherapy with targeted mRNA nanotherapeutics
- Targeted drug delivery systems for aging, fibrosis, obesity, cancer and autoimmune diseases
- Stimuli-responsive mRNA delivery systems (pulsed-laser photoporation, cold atmospheric plasma, etc.)
